A Non Government Organisation, The Nation Builder, has appealed to the Osun state government to concentrate on the ongoing projects and allow the administration after it initiate new ones.
This was contained in a congratulatory message to the governor and people of Osun state on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the state.

The statement noted various contributions of past governors of the state since inception and singled out the unique contribution of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on road construction.
In the release signed by Ayo Odeyemi,the coordinator of the group, the governor was also tasked on some of the challenges confronting the state, including shortage of teachers in the public school.
The group prayed for the state and her citizens as they began a new year
