Access Bank Lagos City Marathon gets Kia Motors partnership

The Access Bank Lagos City Marathon has secured another major sponsorship deal as Kia Motors have agreed to be the new official automobile partner for the race.

A statement by the competition’s Head of Communication and Media, Olukayode Thomas, revealed that Kia Motors would be formally unveiled next month, adding that the partnership with Kia Motors is another welcome development that further highlights the goodwill the Lagos race have generated in very little time.

Also speaking on the development, the event’s Project Manager, Bukola Olopade said, “We are proud of this new partnership with Kia Motors, the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon race has been growing from strength to strength and we are proud of what we have been able to achieve in such a little time.”
Olopade noted that the union between Access Bank Lagos City Marathon and Kia Motors is a marriage of like minds as both brands have a watchword of excellence.

The Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, which already has a Bronze label and is eyeing a Silver label, will enter its fourth year in 2019.
