Top-ranked Nigerian Pop acts, Davido, Patoranking, 2face Idiabia, Flavor, are billed to perform alongside some International artists at the annual International carnival calabar cultural festival slated for Boxing Day, December 26,this year at Calabar, the Cross Rivers State capital.

Kenneth Aklah disclosed yesterday in Calabar while briefing journalists on activities slated for the now internationally-renown cultural fiesta.

Apart from the big stars, other local performing artists warming up for the biggest fiesta in Africa street party include, Makafizolo, Timaya and Star plus. This year’s event tagged, Black Music Festival will kick-off from December 26 through the new year.

Aklah said the event together with others will be broadcast live for about three days, adding that about 670,000 crowd are expected this year’s event, we which is organized annually by the government of Cross Rivers State.

The State Governor’s aide also stated that the carnival will attract people from about 22 to 25 countries from all over the world for the largest street party in the world.
The theme for this year’s edition will be ”MIGRATION”.
