El-Rufai Confirms 23 New COVID-19 Cases In Kaduna Communities

The Kaduna State government has announced 23 new cases of COVID-19 in five communities in the State.

The communities are Kaduna North, Chikun, Zaria, Giwa and Igbabi.

The new cases were confirmed after the State conducted 201 sample tests.

“Covid-19 Update: On Thursday, 18 June 2020, 23 samples returned positive out of 201 tested.

“The new cases are from Kaduna North (9), Chikun (3), Igabi (2), Giwa (4), Zaria (5),” the government tweeted on its official Twitter account on Friday morning.

Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 cases in Nigeria as of today is 18,480, according to the NCDC.
