Eunisell has set a new record in front-of-shirt sponsorship in Nigeria after extending its deal with Port Harcourt-based Nigeria Professional Football Club side, Rivers United.

The feat makes Eunisell the first brand in Nigeria to take its front-of-shirt sponsorship into the fourth year.

Speaking at the unveiling of jerseys for the new season, Group Managing Director of Eunisell, Chika Ikenga, expressed satisfaction with the development.

“We have been supporting the team now with our belief in them growing with every season. Our support is a strong evidence of our belief in Nigerian club football.

“We continue to recognise the important role football and sports generally play in our lives and our economy. Football brings people together in fun, entertainment and good followership,” Ikenga said.

He charged the team to do better in the new season.

“Rivers United has a strong heritage. Eunisell believes that wearing the Rivers United shirt carries extra responsibility. We request the players and club officials to carry this responsibility with pride,” he stated.
