The African Democratic Congress (ADC), senator representing Adamawa Central Senatorial District, Abdulaziz Murtala Nyako, has said that THE federal revenue coming from Abuja cannot robust Adamawa State economy unless clear cut programmes are adopted.
Nyako, who was a guest on Gotel Television Programme On the Spot anchored by Abdullahi Ahmed said the state needs micro and macro economic approach to boost market.
He explained that, depending on revenue allocation from Abuja cannot transform the state economy into a larger one unless micro decisions are made on goods and services offered to boost consumers satisfaction.
He said government need to come up with micro economic programme that will rebound the economy through short flow of cash circulation in other to stabilise the market and thereafter adopt a macro approach through the Adamawa State Investment Company for a larger market.

Nyako stated that, with a good policy direction on the economy, it would stimulate economy growth that would pave way for additional revenue generation to cater for other amenities such as health, schools and grassroots development.
Saying with a stable economy, government would have a policy direction that would enhanced regular payment of salaries to teachers and civil servants and pay attention to their training and welfare, while also catering for other needs such as providing quality education and equipment to hospitals and supporting agriculture and empowerment scheme to the grassroots.
The ADC governorship candidate said all would be achievable through a bottom to top approach which his government would apply in other to streamline a policy direction that would transform the people and the state to a robust economic where job creation and business opportunities would be available, adding that the effort will be a collective one.
