Firms set to host economic mission in Nigeria March 25-29

The Belgian Embassy, represented by Roos Willems, and the Nigerian-Belgium Chamber of Commerce, represented by Paulette Van Trier, will be involved in the organisation of the economic mission in Lagos from March 25 to 29, 2018.

This mission is organised by AWEX, the Wallonia Export-Investment Agency, the public institution responsible for the development and management of Wallonia’s international economic relations, represented by Marysol Michez and Brussels Invest & Export Hub, the institute that assists Brussels-based companies operating in foreign markets, represented by Carole Mone.

Both institutions during this mission will visit the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode and also meet with some businessmen and as well visit the Eko Atlantic’s offices and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce.

Some of the products and services offered by the 18 qualified Belgian businessmen, adapted to the Nigerian market, include mobile sawmills for the forestry sector; management training to develop talents; data security; filtration of gas turbines, solar water pumps for agriculture; supermarket distributor for products such as poultry; broadcast technology, engineering and integration; equipment and solutions for palm oil processing; groundwater remediation, more precisely in skimming; glass manufacturing for the distribution and processing for the construction and public works; communications enabler; diamond tools for the stone industry (marble, granite and others) and all types and brands of vehicles.
