Abdulrasheed Akanbi, the oluwo of Iwoland, has bared his obsession for Tiwa Savage, Nigerian R&B vocalist — few weeks after divorcing his wife.

The monarch had earlier deposed Chanel Chinhis Jamaican wife, as the queen of Iwo, in what turned out to be a divorce — citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The Oluwo also took to his social media handle to rain curses on those criticizing him for the crash of his royal marriage.

But the narrative took a surprising twist on Tuesday after he shared a slew of photos of himself alongside Tiwa at Naira Marley’s ‘Marlian Fest’ concert.

Kissing the 39-year-old singer’s hands in a show of chivalry, the monarch hinted that it’s within his power to transfer the royal crown to her but the question remains whether or not he should do so.

“His royal majesty Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi Kusenla 111 is the father. I gave Tiwa a royal kiss of honour,” the monarch wrote.

“Se kin gbese le? Who no like better thing? Tiwa Savage is the best. I love her! Ori Ade Agbe e Tiwa Savage The zillion dollar question is, se kin gbesele?”

Tiwa has made the headlines in recent times for her repeated romantic displays with Wizkid — including stage kissing and public butt smacking.

She had, in 2018, divorced Tunji Balogun, her ex-husband, after efforts to resolve the differences that bedevilled their marriage proved abortive.
