INEC Present Certificate Of Return To Gov. Ishaku, 24 Members Elect Of Taraba State House Assembly

The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has presented the certificate of return to the governor elect and executive governor of Taraba state, Darius Ishaku and the 24 members elect of the state house of assembly at the state office of the electoral empire in Jalingo Taraba state capital.

Presenting the certificates, the INEC national Commissioner in charge of Adamawa, Gombe and Taraba states Ahmed Tijani urge the governor to deliver his campaign promises to the electorate who gave him the mandate,

He call on the members elect to support the government and give best legislations that can move the state forward in the next four years.

Responding, Governor Darius Ishaku thank INEC for conducting a peaceful, fair and credible election in the state.

Ishaku use the occasion to call on the people of the state to give him peace so as to deliver on his campaign promises that he gave during 2019 electioneering campaign.

“With peace every development will be achieve take a look at the communities that are leaving in peace during my 4 years as a governor, one must agree that there is one development or the other”
