Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has said Nigeria will be better if people in position of authority work passionately for the growth of the nation. Okowa made the observation yesterday in Asaba when the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety (FRSC), Dr. Boboye Oyeyemi paid him a courtesy visit.
