Officers and men of the “Safe Delta” Unit of the Nigeria Police Force, NPF led by CSP Anieteh Eyoh have arrested a notorious female armed robber, Bella Lucky and two other suspects of a criminal gang at McCaiver market area in Warri,m South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The Police also recovered daggers and some mobile phones from the suspects.
It was learnt that the notorious female armed robber specializes in luring victims to the criminal gangs hideout.
The gang terrorized Warri and its environs with a commercial tricycle.
It was learnt that the notorious female suspect was tracked down by the Police after she allegedly stabbed and inflicted bodily injuries on an a yet-to-be-identified woman.

When contacted for comments, the Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Hafiz Inuwa confirmed the report in a telephone chat with Our Correspondent in Warri.
CP Inuwa said,”These were armed robbers who were using a woman. It’s not a question of being notorious armed robber. It’s a gang using knife, stab people and rob them.”
CP Inuwa said, “Three of them were arrested. One of them is a very young girl.”
The Delta State Police boss explained that,”Her duty was to sort of deceive passengers, engage them in a discussion before they get carried away and they rob them. They’ve been arrested and they’re in our custody.”
CP Inuwa who did not give details of the gangs armourer was arrested amongst the gang asked Our Correspondent to get more details from the Commander of Safe Delta, CSP Anieteh Eyoh for more details.
CSP Anieteh Eyoh declined comments on the matter when Our Correspondent sought his comments on the matter.
