The All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has unveiled five pillars of development to take the state to the next level.

They include traffic management, health and environment, education and technology, entertainment and tourism and making Lagos a 21st century economy.

Speaking at the unveiling of Vision for a greater Lagos, held in Ikeja at the weekend, Sanwo-olu said there is urgent need to take the state to next level noting that Lagos as the commercial heartbeat of the nation contributes over 30 percent of Nigeria’s GDPs and 65 percent of her manufacturing activities.

He said: “I can promise that under my leadership, Lagos will be truly ready for business opportunities. I am determined to both propagate and defend these values in a sustainable manner through an inclusive governance approach that would be considerate to all.”
