Francis Emin Eniidum of Cross Rivers State, Abi LGA, a street cleaner with disability was gunned down in cold blood this morning by men of SARS from Ladipo who were chasing Indian hemp smokers at Ajisegiri Street, Ilupeju, Lagos State.
