International rapper, Wiz Khalifa just snagged himself a super modern mansion located in Encino, VA neat Tarzana, Calabasas.

Getting the super modern pad is not the only cool thing but it only cost him a few million dollars. It is learnt that he dropped about N1,084,650,000 ($3.4 million dollars) on the property.

Considering that Khalifa is a successful rapper, we are sure this is not a lot of money to him and not to mention that he is reported to have gotten a very good deal considering how nice the place is. David Ferrugio and Ben Bacal of Rodeo Realty had the listing.

The house boasts of four bedrooms suites, not only that, the 2-story estate boasts what just about every baller pad might feature; floating stairs, a theatre, a 100-bottle wine bar, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, a waterfall island outside and a grand master suite with its own fireplace.

The best part is that the house is also a smart home, with a built-in alarm and four exterior cameras. Considering the break-ins in and around town, this is a good safety precaution.

Khalifa is reported to be in a relationship with the supermodel, Winnie Harlow and he was formerly married to former exotic dancer, Amber Rose with whom he remains friendly exes. Rose and Khalifa share a son, Sebastian.
