Udeze, who has been battling for survival after he was pronounced sacked by the leadership of the party, was arrested on Friday by operatives of the Zone 11 Police Command.

Initial reports had it that he was kidnapped.

The kidnap alarm was raised by his wife.

But the Zone 11 Command was to later confirm his arrest over allegations of fraud, conspiracy and forgery. [THE EAGLE ONLINE]
