He said that people should not believe the false rumour peddled around that PDP and APGA stand the chances of winning Nasarawa State, as he vowed that the state, under his leadership would deliver 90 per cent votes to President Buhari and all other APC candidates.

Al-Makura, urged Nigerians not to allow the return of treasury looters to power, noting that their desperation to come back is to loot and milk the country’s economy dry.

The governor, also said that if not for the honest and sincerity of purpose of President Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria’s economy would have collapsed long ago, adding that only selfless leaders like Buhari should be trusted with the nation’s wealth.

He urged the people to turn out massively and vote for President Buhari and the governorship candidate of the party, Mr Abdullahi Sule, adding that only a technocrat like Sule can sustain his legacies in the state.

Also speaking, the governorship candidate of the party, Mr Abdullahi Sule, who promised to use his experience in the private sector to industrialise the state and create jobs for teeming youths, urged the people to remain with the APC for the good work of Al-Makura to continue.

According to him “ look at governor Al-Makura and what he has done in the state for the past eight years, he has changed the narrative of governance in the state.”
