Singer Olawale Ashimi, popularly known as BrymO has revealed that he is yet to be sued by Innocent Idibia, aka 2baba.

BrymO said this in a tweet via his official Twitter handle on Thursday stating that he is yet to receive an official suit from or summons to court from 2baba or his representatives.

The tweet read, “Let it be public knowledge that I have received no documents of any kind pointing to my being sued by Mr Idibia. Or his handlers or attorneys… the impunity with which he lied to all of society in the letter and public statement should rightly pose a setback.”

This is coming after 2baba, through his lawyers, sent a letter to BrymO threatening a suit of N1billion if he doesn’t retract and apologise for his statement within 48 hours.

In a series of tweets, BrymO had accused 2baba of alleged assault which he claims to have proof for.

It has been a week since BrymO confirmed the receipt of the letter but no action has been taken by 2baba’s lawyers.null
