CIBN chief visits Institute’s Lagos branch

The President/Chairman of Council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Prof. Segun Ajibola, will be visiting the Lagos State Branch of the institute from February 15 to 17, 2018.

The purpose of the visit is to engage the stakeholders with a view to deepening banking profession in Lagos.

He would be received on arrival at the premises of the branch by the Chairman of the Branch, Kola Abdul and his Executive Committee members along with some past Chairmen of the Branch, Chairmen of Lagos satellite branches and chapters, members of the institute and students of the Department of Banking and Finance from higher institutions in Lagos.

His stakeholder engagements will include courtesy visits to some Heads of academic institutions and top government functionaries in Lagos State, among others.

The branch is also organising a Road Show in his honour, tagged “Walk for Fitness with CIBN President”, which is scheduled for February 17, 2018.

The walk is expected to commence at 7.00am at the UBA House, Marina, Lagos, and terminate at the National Stadium, Surulere.

The three-day visit would be rounded off with a dinner, slated for February 17, 2018.
