Students of the Ekiti State University College of Medicine have been reportedly ordered to vacate the institution following a recent protest over fees hike.
The school management who made this known on Monday in a memo noted that all academics activities have been suspended for two weeks.

According to the memo, all suspended students must come with a letter of apology and be ready to sign an undertaking for good behaviour. It also added that all the students must vacate the medical student hostel.
It will be recalled that the students staged a peaceful protest on the 15th of September 2016, after a 200 percent increase in school fees was announced.
