Residents of Aboke Community in Odo Ona Kekere area of Ibadan have commended the leadership and developmental efforts of Hon. Chief Mrs Tolulope Akande Sadipe, describing her tenure as impactful and beneficial to the grassroots.
Community members said the area has witnessed notable improvements in infrastructure and social development initiatives under her leadership, which they noted has contributed to the overall progress of the community and the wider Oluyole Local Government Area of Ibadan.
In a statement issued by members of the community, residents noted that the period has been marked by projects and interventions aimed at improving the living conditions of the people.
According to the statement, some of the initiatives attributed to Hon. Chief Mrs Tolulope Akande Sadipe include the installation of street lights across parts of the community, the procurement and distribution of fertilizers to support local farmers, and the provision of a new 500KVA transformer to improve electricity supply.

The residents described the projects as a demonstration of the leader’s commitment to grassroots development and community welfare.
“Over the past few years, the community has witnessed visible progress. From improved infrastructure to support for farmers and better electricity supply, these efforts have positively impacted the lives of residents,” the statement read.
They added that Sadipe’s leadership style has been characterised by accessibility, transparency and responsiveness to the needs of the people.
According to the residents, her administration has shown dedication to listening to the concerns of the community while promoting stability and development at the local government level.
While acknowledging the progress already made, the community also called for sustained support and cooperation among residents to ensure continued development in the area.
“As we look to the future, it is important that we sustain the momentum of development. Residents are encouraged to appreciate and support the efforts being made toward grassroots growth and improved living standards,” the statement added.
The residents expressed optimism that with continued collaboration and community participation, Aboke community would witness even greater development in the coming years.
