Speaking at the occasion, the school’s Principal, M.B. Malik, “When a child shows skills in sports, we should encourage such a child water the skill, nurture it and help the child to grow in it. Look at Neymar today, look at Messi, Usain Bolt, they are all sportsmen making waves. It is not all about the classroom,” he said.

In the words of the Chairman of occasion, Otunba Kolayusuf Olokodana, the occasion was very beautiful and everything went fine. “My advice to the parents is to allow their children participate in sports. Exercising one’s body regularly drives away sickness and makes them strong always.”

The Chief Guest of Honour, Prof. W.A. Makanjuola also described the occasion as an opportunity for the students to unwind, interact, and compete with one another.
