An FCT High Court sitting in Apo on Wednesday, held that one Martin Ejimofor was the bonafide owner of Plot 4B, Byazhin Layout, Kubwa Abuja.
Ejimofor had sued one Salihu Yahaya and Moses Sunday, challenging the ownership of the plot he said was duly allocated to him by the FCTDA.
The judge, Justice Idris Kutigi, in his judgment, declared that the plaintiff was the bonafide allottee and owner of plot 4B, Byazhin Layout, Kubwa Abuja.
Kutigi perpetually restrained the defendants, by themselves or through their agents, servants or privies from further trespassing on the plaintiff’s land.

The plaintiff’s counsel, Mr Shuaibu Enejo, had urged the court to declare that Ejimofor was the bonafide owner of plot 4B, Byazhin Layout, Kubwa, Abuja.
He prayed the court to direct the defendants to pay N5, 000,000 only to the plaintiff for trespass.
The plaintiff also asked for order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants from further trespassing on plot 4B, Byazhin Layout, Kubwa allocated to him.
The counsel to the defendants, Mr Peter Odoh, had told the court that the offer letter to the first defendant came before the Certificate of Occupancy
