Dr. Idem Etuk Samuel, CEO Mount Zion Clinic Calabar, who was arrested earlier by the police for raping his 15 year old patient, is currently feigning madness after arrest and his lawyers insist he sees a psychiatrist.
He has been taken to the PSYCHIATRIC Hospital Calabar.
