DStv subscribers were livid when they found out that the network would be increasing their prices.
We took a look at how Twitter reacted to the price increase, with some resorting to threats about going back to SABC and other sources of viewing content.
A parody account under the name AdvBarryRoux, tweeted: “DSTV is like ANC, they make decisions that are not in our best interests because they know that we don’t have an alternative #DSTVMustFall”.
Others complained about the constant repeats on what they called uninteresting shows and older shows.
