“I think it time to make our position clearly known that governor Godwin Obaseki cannot be politically intimidated or blackmailed by anybody from contesting the party’s primary or 2020 governorship. We are tired of this talk that he will not get his second term on account of the fact that he is not sharing the state resources to service professional politicians.
“ Obaseki has demonstrated purposeful leadership and we are happy with him. Edo people will continue to support him to ensure that there is sustainability of the people’s oriented projects he has embarked upon which are visibly to all”
“So for us as a body we are ready to expose all those plotting his ouster for Edo people to know. It is time to remind them that Edo is not Lagos state. No man is God”.
