The Nigerian Bottling Company debunked the reports online on the EVA Premium Table Water as totally false.
In their response through Adejoke Folayan, Senior Account Executive at LSF PR, the firm that manages the PR and Communications for the Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC) Ltd, it was disclosed that contrary to the report that they are operating with an expired licence, the licence is still valid until Feb 2025.
Folayan stated that, “Upon reading the report, we confidently state that comments in the story made with regard to The Nigerian Bottling Company’s EVA Premium Table Water are false.

“The Nigerian Bottling Company’s EVA Premium Table Water registration licence, with registration number 01-0492, was issued in 2020 and remains valid until February 2025.

There was an earlier report published but the source was from ICIR that investigated a number of firms that haven’t renewed their licenses when it expired. In that report, EVA Premium Table Water was among the mentioned products.
