Pa Nojim Maiyegun was a retired Nigerian boxer, who won the bronze medal in the men’s Light Middleweight category at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
He was Nigeria’s first Olympic medalist.
He was born on February 21st 1941. He died on 26th of August, 2024 in Vienna, Austria and laid to rest today.
