The Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN) has lost his father, Pa Matthias Keyamo to the cold hands of death.
The elder Keyamo died peacefully on Saturday, March 5, 2022, in Effurun, Uvwie local government area of Delta State at the age of 83.

The development was confirmed in a statement on Sunday by the media adviser to the Minister, Tunde Moshood, adding that burial details for Pa Keyamo will be announced later by the family.
The late Keyamo was born on August 23, 1938, in Erovie Quarters, Effurun, but was raised in Kaduna and Ilaro, Ogun State.
He met and married his wife, Mrs. Caroline Keyamo (nee Ogunjobi) in Ogun State after which they both relocated to Ughelli in Delta State.
