The attention of the office of Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola [member representing Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I] has been drawn to the perilous rumour going round purportedly linking our principal; Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola to the position of the Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly.

We hereby debunk this rumour in its entirety, and advise the shenanigans whose interest are only to cause chaos in the most peaceful legislative assembly in Nigeria to desist from such act. Hon. Mojeed Fatai is at the moment interested in delivering his primary duty of lawmaking vis-a-vis delivering dividends of democracy to the good people of Ibeju-Lekki Constituency I. Our principal is occupied with the election of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the re-election of Gov. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, his own reelection and that of all the candidates of the APC.
Hon. Mojeed Fatai Adebola hereby wishes to pass a vote of confidence on the leadership of the Lagos State House of Assembly under the able leadership of Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa who has been exemplary in the administration of the house, thus the need to support his leadership for a more prosperous Lagos.
