The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates registered for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now print their examination notification slips.
This was disclosed in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja by the board’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin.

According to Benjamin, the examination is scheduled to commence on April 16, and candidates are required to print their slips to confirm essential details such as their examination date, venue, and time.

He advised candidates to visit the board’s official website and select the “2026 UTME Slip Printing” option to access and print their notification slips.

Benjamin further urged candidates to print their slips well ahead of the examination date and familiarise themselves with their assigned centres to avoid last-minute challenges.

He noted that each candidate has been assigned a specific examination schedule and should arrive early at their designated centres to allow for proper screening and accreditation before the examination begins.

The JAMB spokesperson also revealed that enhanced security measures have been introduced for the 2026 UTME to curb examination malpractice.

He warned both candidates and examination centre operators to refrain from any form of misconduct, stressing that strict sanctions would be imposed on offenders.
