Hon. Justice Tunde Ademola Bakre has just been appointed a judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. (Comprising Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, St kitts and Nevis, St lucia, st Vincent and Graneda, Barbados, Dominica etc).

Justice Bakre a hitherto successful legal practitioner called to the bar in 1993, was appointed a judge of the Ogun state High Court in 2013 and was seconded by the National Judicial Council of Nigeria on Technical Assistance to the Judiciary of the Gambia in 2018. He performed meritoriously and was retained for another term of 3 years which was supposed to end in 2024 before he was found worthy.
He is an alumnus of Ogun state University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. He is married with sons
