Baba mi Adewole, A man I have come to Love so much over the Years!
You gave me Two Historic Gangan drums, one of which you used under Ayinla Omowura up till 1980. I will keep all these in memory of you.
I thank God that my Driver, Femi is your Son-in-Law. We will continue to celebrate you Baami Alao.
Tell Ayinla Omowura that my dear Elder brother and Senior AGSOBA Tunde Kelani has immotalised you both with his new film, AYINLA KO KU.
Rest in Peace Baba Rere!
His last public outing was when Members of the Ayinla Omowura Music Lovers International on 28th November, 2020 gathered at Abeokuta to celebrate his 97th birthday.
