Legendary drummer, Adewole Alao, the lead talking drummer and alter ego of the Late popular Apala musician, Ayinla Omowura has joined his ancestors at the ripe age of 97.
His death was announced by Barrister Sunny Olurotimi Oduntan on his facebook page:

Baba mi Adewole, A man I have come to Love so much over the Years!
You gave me Two Historic Gangan drums, one of which you used under Ayinla Omowura up till 1980. I will keep all these in memory of you.
