He said, “We are out to create awareness regarding the general elections. The mammoth crowd is as a result of what APC has done from Federal to local governments levels.  You can see that people are happy with the party and those are the electorates”.

Also speaking, the APC leader in Ikoyi Obalende, Hon. Wale Edun explained that the mammoth crowd came out en-masse in support of APC and Hon. Gbolahan and other candidates of the party.

He called on Nigerians to vote for President Muhammadu Buhari, Gbolahan Yishawu and other candidates of APC, saying vote for the party will bring development and progress to the nation.

Edun said, “I appealed to Nigerians to come out February 16 to vote for Buhari and other APC candidates”.

The Executive Chairman of Ikoyi Obalende Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Fuad Atanda-Lawal stressed that votes for APC is vote development, and for Yishawu is continuity.

According to him, this is a walk for peace. We don’t need to cajole people because what the party has done will speak for it during election.
