The National Progressive Movement (NPM) has endorsed Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for president ahead of tomorrow’s presidential election.

According to the statement, NPM believes that the Atiku/Obi ticket will make Nigeria great again after the All Progressives Congress-led federal government has impeded the economy and democratic process.

It said that Atiku’s political sagacity and managerial acumen combined with Peter Obi’s leadership savvy and business shrewdness will certainly revamp the economy, create jobs, improve infrastructure, revitalise the civil service and return Nigeria to greatness as the great arsenal of democracy in Africa.

The group said that the destiny of the nation is at stake and needs an experienced leader to pilot the affairs of the country and lead the citizenry to the Promised Land.

“We urge eligible voters to come out and vote for a man of dignity and honour who will keep his campaign promises and unite the nation. It is time for action. Join the progressives and elect a competent, detribalised leader that will end poverty, stagnation, insurgency and marginalisation in the country. A vote for Atiku is a vote to make Nigeria great again,” the group added.
