The campaign team of Otunba Oluseyi Oduntan wishes to notify the public that there is no iota of truth in the story making the rounds that Otunba Seyi Oduntan has stepped down for Gbenga Daniel.
“The story is not true, it is fabricated by those loyal to Daniel, it’s absolute falsehood.
Otunba Oduntan is very much in the race, he is the leading candidate and remains the man to beat in today’s Senatorial primary election”, according to Oluranti Oresile, Director General
Triple O Campaign Team.
Otunba Oduntan urges the media to always verify the information sent to them so as not to be caught in the web of falsehoods.
Meanwhile, some delegates have been alleged to be held hostage at different hotels in Ijebu Ode and Sagamu.There is the allegation that those delegates have been sending SOS messages that they were tricked to attend a meeting in some hotels and they have refused to let them go.
They claimed to have been locked up at Conference hotels in Ijebu Ode, Conference Hotel Sagamu, as well as Grand hotel, Ijebu Ode.
The Commissioner of Police Ogun State has been alerted on these illegal and criminal activities.
As at the time of this report, the PPRO, Ogun State could not be reached to ascertain the veracity of the story and the efforts made to rescue those allegedly kidnapped.
