The Chief Press Secretary to the INEC Chairman, Mr Rotimi Lawrence Oyekanmi has dispelled the rumour going round that Ondo gubernatorial election scheduled for Saturday 26th November has been postponed till December 19, 2016.

In a chat with Infotrust, he stated that the election will go on as scheduled. In his words, “INEC is not postponing the Ondo Governorship election scheduled for Saturday 26th November. It will go on as scheduled.”
He disclosed that INEC is ready and logistics are in place to ensure free and fair election.
