One person was feared dead while two people escaped unhurt, Thursday, in Lagos when a Toyota Camry rammed into a fallen truck at about 5.30am.
The incident occurred at Elediye, Ikorodu road inward Maryland when the driver of the truck laden with tanker with number plate GGE 756 XK lost control and tumbled thereby blocking the expressway.
The Toyota Camry with number plate BDG 981 DP was coming behind and the driver in the bid to outsmart the scene was said to have rammed into the truck thereby crushing the supposed Motor boy of the truck a male adult.

The prompt intervention of officials of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority LASTMA, prevented more casualities but the incident recorded serious traffic for about two hours before they succeeded in removing the accidented vehicles.
Both drivers were said to have escaped unhurt while the body was deposited at the morgue by officials of the State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit (SEHMU).
Other agencies at the scene include Lagos State Ambulance Services LASAMBUS, The Nigeria Police, the State Fire Service, the State Emergency Management Agency ans Federal Road Safety Corps. LASEMA boss Mr. Michael Akindele advised motorists to adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to avoid incidents such as this.
