George Elijah OTUMU, a trained Nigerian investigative journalist who worked in several mainstream media houses in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia; South Africa, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Europe; United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom and the United States of America has becomes the first African ever to win Global Recognition Award.
