Walkris explained that the community does not have good schools, suffers poor electricity supply and that salaries are not paid as and when due.

While he noted that the community had electricity and hospitals were upgraded during the tenure of former governor Murtala Nyako, he lamented the lack of such facilities, stressing that the only hospital in their community has no medical equipment.

He prayed that the governorship candidate of the ADC, Senator Abdulaziz Nyako, should win the forthcoming election and continue from where his father stopped.

The ADC governorship candidate Senator Abdulaziz Nyako, while receiving the decampees promised to ensure the community gets a hospital with facilities as well as upgraded schools.

On his part, the state ADC chairman, Yahya Hamanjulde, who also welcomed the decampees, said they would have a special place in the party adding that they would not be left out if the party wins next month’s elections.

The ADC chairman of Hong local government Isa Galadima, while welcoming the decampees said, they now belong to one family and assured that they would be given responsibility in the party.

He added that if the party wins the elections the community will be given priority in the provision of social amenities.

He therefore charge them to deliver bloc votes for the party so that it will emerge victorious.
