Azino, Sonuga Launch Creative Africa
Two phenomenal spoken word artists, Paul Efe Azino and Titilope Sonuga have floated an arts, culture and creative agency called Creative Africa. The duo recently graced screens with their amazing spoken word poetry for Heritage Bank’s campaigns, which the agency scripted and produced.

Film, music, photography, fashion, literature, theatre, technology, and poetry in Nigeria’s creative sector have been growing in the last few years. In spite of the absence of government support, young Nigerians have mostly been turning water into wine and placing Nigeria on the global map through the arts. Two people who have been part of this revolution are internationally renowned poets, Titilope Sonuga and Efe Paul Azino.

Creative Africa aims to create global platforms for African creative expression, working as the go-to partner for individuals and organisations seeking to harness the continent’s finest creative talent.

In the last three years Creative Africa has produced Lagos International Poetry Festival and will subsequently be running workshops and masterclasses in different sectors of the creative industry, representing artists, working with organisations seeking to engage the public through the arts, and producing content.
