PDP Requests Disqualification Of PMB Over Alleged Monetary Inducement

The national chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Prince Uche Secondus, has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately disqualify the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate country, President Muhammadu Buhari, over alleged monetary inducement.

Secondus, who made the declaration at the Pa Ngele Oruta township stadium, Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital, during the campaign rally of the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, in the state, warned INEC to resist any attempt to rig the election against the party.

According to him; “On behalf of our party, let me warn INEC concerning what we witnessed, yesterday at Buhari’s rally in Kano. It was the worst that we have seen in the history of our country, where merceneries and government officials like governors and presidents of other countries were brought in from Niger Republic.

“They came in their numbers from Chad, they came with money and mercenaries to rig election in Nigeria. All the papers have carried it, now we ask that INEC, the unbiased empire, should disqualify Buhari for bringing mercenaries to rig election in Nigeria. And we are saying that no one can rig this even in Ebonyi.
