Bola Tinubu, former Lagos governor, on Saturday, attended the iftar hosted by Aisha Buhari, first lady, for presidential hopefuls.
Iftar is the breaking of fast for Muslims during the Ramadan season.
The event took place at the banquet hall of the presidential villa.
Also present were David Umahi, Ebonyi governor; Chris Ngige, minister of labour and employment; Tien Jack Rich, and Adamu Garba — all presidential hopefuls on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Godswill Akpabio, minister of Niger Delta affairs; and Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi and presidential hopeful seeking to contest on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), also attended the event.
