The English Premier league saw loads of action today as teams battled it out for bragging rights. Things did not go as well as planned for some of the top guns as Manchester United had their away win streak come to an abrupt end as they lost to AFC Bournemouth by a lone goal. Things did not also go as planned for Arsenal as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Wolves. Manchester City had to overcome a spirited Southampton side as they came from a goal down to win 2-1, while Liverpool left it late against Aston Villa as goals from Andy Robertson and Sadio Mané secured them victory to keep them top of the table comfortably. Elsewhere, Chelsea continued their fine form as goals from Tammy Abraham and ‘Captain America’ Christian Pulisic gave them a deserved 2-1 win over Watford despite a late Deulofeu penalty.
