blame MDAs’ chiefs for budget delay
Following complaints by President Muhammadu Buhari on the 2018 budget, the House of Representatives has justified the inclusion of new projects, which it said will impact directly on the lives of the people.

The House also stated that some of the projects designed by the executive do not meet the needs of the common man.
In a statement by the chairman of its committee on media and public affairs, Hon. Abdulrazak Namdas, explaining that the additions to the budget were done in good faith.
It said the parliament only exercised the powers conferred on it by the constitution.
