Authorities in Tanzania have arrested top singer Diamond Platnumz for posting pictures projecting sexual acts on Instagram.
According to authorities in the country, these pictures breach their cultural norms.
Diamond was arrested after an Instagram post of the singer kissing and playing with an unnamed lady went viral.

Meanwhile, there are rumours that the video was posted by the artiste to get back on his on and off babymama, Zari Hassan who reportedly ended their relationship.
While, this speculation lingers, Concise News learnt that Bongo artiste Nandi is on the “wanted” list of the police for similar offences.
BBC reported that in March, the authorities banned 13 songs by local artistes including Diamond’s song.
Similarly in Nigeria, Concise News reported that the National Broadcasting Commission, (NBC) banned the songs of Davido, Olamide and 9ice.
