Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Ghalli Na’abba, has passed away at the age of 65 in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Na’abba, born on September 27, 1958, in Kano State, was elected to represent the Kano Municipal Federal Constituency in 1999 and secured the position of Speaker with the support of other House members-elect from Kano and the North West geo-political zone.
He died around 3 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
