Four hours after arriving Maseru on Saturday, Nigeria held their first training session on Lesotho soil this evening in Maseru, four hours after their arrival, as they gear up for tomorrow’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The Super Eagles had earlier arrived the country’s capital in the afternoon aboard a Max Air charter flight and thus, have had their first feel of the synthetic playing turf.

The team posed for a group photograph after the session at the Setsoto Stadium with their focus now turned to getting a positive result from their game against The Crocodiles.
This will mark the third time Nigeria have faced The Crocodiles in history, with the Super Eagles coming out top in each of the two previous clashes, triumphing 2-0 and 1-0 respectively.
Gernot Rohr’s team are top of their group after their 2-1 win over Benin in Uyo on Wednesday.
Tomorrow’s game starts at 17:00 hours Nigerian time.
