A year has passed already since REDTV launched unto the scene with aplomb and great
promise. It has been a first year of roller coasters but it appears the ride has
been nothing but exciting in spite of the ups and downs. REDTV is definitely on the
up!

The #REDTV Rave this past weekend was an opportunity for the network to celebrate
it’s one year anniversary and other milestones. Following the day of the private
screening of REDTV’s much waited for ‘Here and Now’ series, It was a fantastic star
studded night where everyone just seemed to be having fun right through the night.
The ambiance was perfect for the outdoor rave theme with lasers, mood lights and
strobes from every corner.
The performances from 2 Marvin Record mates, Reekado Banks and Dr. Sid was the
highlight of the evening. Not only was the performance LIT, guests partied hard as
the dance-floor was filled to capacity and the crowd turned up and raved on.
It was great to see the chairman of UBA, Mr. Tony Elumelu unwinding from his hectic
schedule and having fun, dancing to the music and mingling with guests including
former UBA CEO, Mr. Phillips Oduoza.

Also In attendance were celebrities like REDTV's ambassador Agbani Darego, Peace
Hyde, VJ Adams, Chef Eros, Demilade Roberts, Simi Esiri to name a few. Members from
the business community like Vetiva’s chief, Olaolu Mudashiru, Mako Alabi, Audu
Dankaro, Kojo Claude-Enin, amongst others.

throughout the entire night and a good part of the following day.
