Nigeria’s telecommunications giant, Globacom, has sent the third batch of lucky subscribers to Russia under its ongoing ‘GO RUSSIA’ promo.

The latest batch of five winners are Aseruoma Glory Aworiwo from Delta State, Ajayi Odunayo Felix from Oyo State, Ojokojo Ernest Paul from Delta State, Izuchukwu Kizito Alih from Enugu State and Oladele Oluseyi Adetokunbo from Osun State.

The development brings the number of lucky subscribers who have benefitted from the promo to 17.

A total of 22 lucky winners are expected to be flown to and back from Russia, with all incidental costs, including feeding, taken care of by Globacom.

According to Globacom, the 17 subscribers who enjoyed all-expense-paid trip to Russia visited different monuments, tourist attractions and historical sites and were treated to delightful experiences.

The latest winners were first treated to a reception at the head office of the company on Victoria Island, Lagos, before they were ferried to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport to catch their Emirates flight to Russia.

One of the winners, Aseruoma, Glory Aworiwo, a 26-year-old graduate of Business from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, said the trip provided some emotional succour for him as he lost his brother recently.

“I urge all Glo subscribers not to give up on Glo because they will benefit like me one day,” he said.

To be part of the promo, all a subscriber needs to do is to use N3,000 on voice calls or a minimum of N5,000 on voice and data.

Incremental usage of N500 over N3000 for voice or N5,000 for voice and data attracts an extra entry to the draw.

In essence, the more the airtime used by subscribers, the higher their chances of winning.

Globacom urged subscribers who want to be part of the promo to send GO to 240 on the Glo network.
