Three young men were killed on Thursday in the Udu Local Government Area of Delta State as suspected cultists engaged in a fresh clash in what was believed to be a reprisal.
Residents said the incident occurred around Mofor Junction along DSC Expressway, in the Udu council area.
But the identities of the victims could not be ascertained as of the time of filing this report.
PUNCH Metro gathered that the attack was a reprisal by one of the rival cults in the area.

Last week, no fewer than three persons were killed as cult clashes resumed among two rival groups in Orhuwhorun community in the Udu LGA.
In that incident, the hoodlums killed one person on Sunday, while the clash continued on Monday night when two other persons lost their lives.
When contacted on Thursday, the state Police Public Relations, DSP Bright Edafe, told journalists that the command headquarters was awaiting details of what happened from the Divisional Police Officer in the affected area.
